Here at Amara, we believe in community. We created this space to be a place for people to come together, do yoga and enjoy art. We've worked very hard to make sure our space is peaceful, beautiful and welcoming to all. But we know that life happens and not everyone is able to make an investment in consistent yoga sessions (though we do strive to keep our rates reasonable for all).

To that end, we want to let you know about some upcoming classes that are free of charge to the general public. These classes feature newer teachers, Amara substitutes and Amara Yoga Teacher Training Graduates and they are a great way to dip your toes in at Amara at no risk!

All of our complimentary community classes are taught in such a way that all levels of familiarity with yoga will feel comfortable. Studio mats and props are available for use, also free of charge.

We hope you'll join us for some of these classes and that you'll feel as though you've truly found your yoga hOMe here at Amara. This week's class is taught by Kelsey Bryant Starr and will be held from 6-7 PM Saturday the 7th of February. Kelsey's class will be a fusion of Hatha holds and Vinyasa flow as we build strength and flexibility in the body and breath - complete with asana play time! All bodies and abilities are welcome, this is a class for the community!
