The hardest part is walking through the front door of the studio! Try different classes and talk with your teachers. Over time, you can develop a practice that is exactly right for you.
All of our regular classes are drop-in so you can start any time. On your first visit please arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you signed in and show you around. Wear something comfortable and stretchy, not too bulky - layers are good. Yoga is practiced in bare feet for traction and safety. Our studio has changing rooms and mats and props available for use at no charge. Most people wish to acquire their own mats - you can buy one at our studio.
Refrain from eating a big meal before class, and turn off your cell phone before entering the studio.
Parking is convenient, plentiful, and always free. You can sign up online or at the studio before class.
