"I think pregnancy is an amazing time in a women's life. It is the time that she is more into her body and the baby growing inside of her. I think it is an amazing opportunity to be able to watch the transformation during pregnancy and to use yoga to help women adapt to the changes integrating an appreciation for her body. I want to help foster a community among mothers-to-be."
