Prenatal Yoga

Yoga can make moms-to-be feel great and help prepare for birth. Our prenatal yoga programs are designed to help you:

  • Deepen the connection between you and your baby.
  • Gain confidence in your strength and stamina.
  • learn how to practice yoga safely throughout your pregnancy.
  • learn relaxation techniques to relieve anxiety and pain during pregnancy and labor.
  • Tatjana Eres obtained her 200-hr certification from BeYoga and her 300-hr and professional certification from YogaWorks. She teaches group yoga and prenatal yoga classes, privates, and workshops at YogaWorks NYC studios and Yoga Teacher Training and Prenatal Yoga at Amara. In her prenatal teaching, she is thankful for much inspiration including the many moms she has had the privilege to teach at YogaWorks NYC, the writings of Blandine Calais-Germain and Janet Balaskas, and her own experience practicing yoga as a mom-to-be.
