Rebekah Deter studied prenatal yoga with Tatjana Eres during her RYT-200 YogaWorks teacher training, where she learned techniques to reduce the discomforts of pregnancy using specific yoga poses, as well as encouraging relaxation and reducing stress and anxiety through breathing and meditation. Rebekah has also studied with renowned prenatal yoga teacher Rhonda Kantor of Chicago's Global Yoga and Wellness Center. Rebekah is a certified yoga teacher through the YogaWorks program at Amara, and a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) with the Yoga Alliance.
Kelsey Bourgeois studied prenatal yoga with Amy Williams during her initial RYT-200 hour training. She has also studied more extensively with prenatal specialist Gygi Koster. Kelsey believes all pregnant women should enjoy the benefits yoga can have in their changing bodies, such as decreased discomfort in a pregnant body, increased breath and pelvic floor awareness and an all around sense of well being in body and spirit.
